Last Christmas...

I feel like wanting to sing the title. But it's not about the old song, it's this week's theme for Mommy Moments. Join our host, Chris, and other moms as we try to recall what our kids did last Christmas.

Last Christmas, the kids made our Christmas tree from scratch. Everything was handmade except for the dried branch from our tree and the lights.

During the holiday, we also went bookstore hopping from mall to mall. This picture was taken outside Emporium Plaza in Bangkok.

Then we had a week holiday in Malaysia. This photo was taken @ Gurney Plaza in Penang.

On our way back from Malaysia, we stopped over South Thailand to catch a train. The kids enjoyed a Christmas sundae treat in between long trips.

This was a special gift I got for myself in Malaysia. I thought this book would be a good reminder of the true purpose of Christmas. It's so easy to forget the reason of the celebration.

For a child will be born to us, a son will be given to us; And the government will rest on His shoulders; And His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace.
